THE HOUSE

El Mercado is not one restaurant. It is a house of rooms: a gastronomia of salumi, cheese and seafood on ice, a cellar of wine, a case of sweets and a garden under the lights. You choose. The chef cooks.

THE ROOMS

Three rooms.
One open sky.

Indoors under cellar light, outdoors under string lights, and one room with three corners of its own. Every space has its own mood and its own plate, and each one is drawn on the blackboard first. Keep scrolling.
